Dear HarmonySite administrator,
The AI age is upon us, as I'm sure you've seen in the news. So, as a forward-thinking technology company, we have decided to try out an AI designed to save you time getting your support questions answered. We've created a new HarmonySite AI "chat-bot". You'll be able to ask this chat-bot questions about your HarmonySite, and you'll get INSTANT answers. Hopefully those answers will be actually useful! If they're not, you can continue to send emails to the HarmonySite Support Team (support@harmonysite.com) as you always have done.
You can find this new chat-bot on your Admin Dashboard, in the bottom-right corner (replacing the previous help system)...
You'll be able to talk to it (with your keyboard, not your voice!) just as if you were talking to a regular person.
Notes
- You need to ask SUPPORT questions, not questions about your HarmonySite account. For example, you can ask "how do I create a new page?", but you can't ask "When does our subscription expire?", or "Can you please enable the App for our account?".
- The chat-bot does not know which website it's located in, so it can't give you answers for your specific HarmonySite. This means...
- It can give you instructions for how to get to the part of your website that you need to go to, but it can't provide a direct link.
- It can give you instructions for changing a setting, but it can't "look" into your HarmonySite to see if that setting is already set or not.
Please keep in mind that we are TRIALLING this new chat-bot, to see how it goes. We anticipate that there will be many questions it can't answer, or answers incorrectly. This may become frustrating. WE NEED YOUR FEEDBACK! So when you see an option to "like" or "dislike" an answer, please click it, so that we know how the chat-bot is doing. The like/dislike options can be found here...
If it turns out to be more frustrating than useful, we'll go back to the old way of doing things.
